Q: Why choose Junk Removal 911, Corp?
A: We are a local company that serves the Chicagoland area. Junk Removal 911, Corp is not a franchise and doesn't want to be. We serve residential and commercial clients throughout Chicago and suburbs. We guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with our service.
Q: What items can you take?
A: We can take just about anything. If we can get it on our truck we’ll take it. Please call us if you have any questions.
Q: What do you do with the junk?
A: We try to donate all items first. We work with many churches and charities. If they do not want the items they go to a transfer station. At the station all the items are sorted by material (i.e. concrete, wood, paper, and metal) and then recycled.
Q: Are you insured?
A: 100% insured and bonded. Please ask for a copy if you have any concerns.
Q: Do you work on Saturday’s?
A: Yes, we do.
Q: How much lead time do you need?
A: We recommend 1-3 days. However, feel free to call us since we might be able to serve you that day.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept cash, credit or checks. We offer invoicing for customers that fill-out our credit application form.
